Justine founded and scaled Lipstick Empire LaserSpa, a thriving 7-figure business, before co-founding Virago Social Co. With deep expertise in marketing strategy, branding, and confidence-building, she empowers entrepreneurs through clear strategy and hands-on support. She is extremely heart-centred and loves to help other business owners accomplish their dreams. You will often find her attending community events (even speaking at them), travelling around the world, and spending time with her daughter, Elle.

Alexa is a sucker for anything Astrology related, is a huge book lover (she always carries her Kobo on her in case the chance to read arrises) and has two identical twin daughters!
