Do you post the content for us?

No — Content Creation is production only. Posting, captions, and scheduling stay with you. Want that handled too? Check out Social Media Management.

How far in advance do you film?

You recieve monthly filming sessions, with content delivered within 1-2 weeks of your shoot each month.

Can we switch to Social Media Management later?

Yes — many clients start with Content Creation and move to full-service management as they grow.

Do you provide captions or cover photos?

Cover photos are only included in our Core & Premium Tier packages. Captions are not included in our content creation pacakges.

How is content delivered?

Edited videos are sent to you for approval and one round of edits through our software, Rella. Completed content and raw footage is provided to you straight to a shared Google Drive folder you can access anytime.

Do you come up with the content ideas?

Yes! All content ideas are still planned by us and a full content plan and shot list will be sent to you for approval prior to your monthly shoot. We will always check with you to see if there is anything specific you want to see featured that month.
