The Numbers

Taste of Edmonton

A major community event wasn't leveraging its full social potential. We built a cross-platform content strategy focused on storytelling—featuring vendors, chefs, and real event moments. In 6 months, Taste of Edmonton reached 4.1M people, grew engagement by 10.5%, and attracted 2,844 new followers across platforms. Facebook remained dominant (19.8K followers, 3M+ views), but Instagram's visual storytelling drove the highest engagement rate at 12.6%.

Tality Wellness Sherwood Park

Starting from 20 followers and zero posts, Tality Wellness needed a presence fast leading up to their opening. We pivoted to Instagram Reels as their primary format and optimized posting windows. The result: 1,393 new followers, 109,592 views across just 15 posts, and 35,297 accounts reached in 2 months. Instagram Reels averaged 5,422 views per post—proving that authentic member stories crush generic content.

North Central Co-op

A mature organization with scattered social efforts needed cohesion. We ditched trend-chasing and returned to what works: mission-driven storytelling. Instagram engagement exploded 1,793% (to 7.5%), shares grew 2,116%, and LinkedIn visibility jumped 271% as B2B partners responded to authentic content. The lesson: when you stop chasing trends and start telling your community's real stories, engagement doesn't just improve—it explodes.
