We'll take a deep dive into your business to make a plan for your project, and get you setup with our scheduling software.

Each month we will provide you with a content calendar of ideas and concepts for your posts that is sent to you for approval.

We provide the Reels, images or graphics for each platform agreed upon in your contract and write the captions and provide custom hashtags.

Once your content is completed you will be able to review and request edits before it is scheduled to post. We track analytics to continually improve your content and engage with your target audience.

What platforms do you manage?
We primarily manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. If you need support on YouTube or Pinterest, we can add that as a custom service.
Do I get to approve content before it’s posted?
Yes! Everything goes into your content calendar for review and approval before publishing. We use a scheduling software that allows you to preview the content and leave any edits/comments before it is posted.
How far in advance do you plan content?
We work on a monthly content cycle, creating and approving all content 2–4 weeks in advance, depending on your package.
Do you manage comments and DMs?
Community management can be included depending on your package. We can monitor comments, hide spam, and escalate customer service messages to you.
Do you create the content or do we supply it?
Our packages include monthly or quarterly filming/photo sessions, so we create the bulk of the content. If you have photos, videos, or user-generated content you want included, we can integrate that too.
