Every Tuesday morning, our team meets online to ensure everyone is aligned for the week ahead. During this meeting, we:
Review each client's account
Go over scheduled client meetings and content shoots
Discuss each team member's priorities for the day
These meetings help us stay organized, collaborate as a team, and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.
Meeting With Clients
Client meetings are an essential part of our day.
These meetings allow us to discuss upcoming promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, community events, and other marketing opportunities. By planning ahead, we're able to create content that reaches the right audience at the right time.
We also use these meetings to review marketing goals, discuss campaign performance, and recommend service packages that best support each client's business.
Content Shoots
One of our favourite parts of the job is content shoot day.
During a content shoot, we typically capture enough photos and videos to create one to three months worth of social media content. This allows business owners to stay focused on running their business while we handle the content creation. We supply all the equipment needed for the shoot such as tri pods, quality cameras, and sometimes props.

Clients can easily review upcoming posts, leave feedback, and request edits before anything is posted. Nothing gets published without client approval because we believe every piece of content should accurately reflect their brand, voice, and business goals.
